I take 40mg of citalopram and i take a 10mg of tranquiliser to help panic attacks. I'm not a pill lover but i would love another alternative to the tranquiliser. Could anyone sugest a herbal one that would not affect taking citalopram. Thankyou
Marcub, i do smoke but if i'm busy i don't worry. It's when your waiting or standing for a while, then the panics come along. Thanks hun xxx

to be honest nothing will work better than them, i take fluoxetine, and so far no remedies are no where near as good as that, but i suggest having a cigarette when your at your worst, that helped me alot but don't start smoking full time because that will just make things worse.

I'm not sure about medical or herbal treatments but I used a thing called tapping with my anxiety and it really worked!! You could go to a Therapist who does it or you can go online to sites like these to learn it.
