Default what should i do to gain weight im 15?

I am 15 years old and i want to gain weight for rugby.i am 5"9 and ten stone.I am a centre and i feel i need to bulk up(espiecally in the legs).i am doing weights but havnt seen much of an improvement.i dont really want to take supplements because i feel im a bit young.What should i do??
