ok..i got my cartilige peirced 2 years ago and recently i put i barbell through it and then i found out that it was fake. and i cannot put fake earings in my ears...it is not in fected but it really hurts and it is swollen up!!!! i dont wanna leve it cuz then it will close what do i do please help

all you have to do is have someon take it out and then put a real one in

replace it..
