bad hearing problem...what job can i get? I was diagnosed with cancer at age 12 and started remission at age 18...from there on I went to college and took some courses but never really knew what i wanted to study in...I am now 22 yrs old and I am still very undecisive, I have a learning disability and I also have a hearing problem due to my treatments of radiation and chemotherapy. When I was 18 I got rejected from my mom's insurance plan because I was not a full time student so I was without health insurance for about5 yrs... I recently got married and my husband is in the national guard, so I now have health insurance...
I have never obtained a job in my life because I was too busy getting my life back on track and now that it is...I'm trying to find a job that doesnt involve using ur ears. My ear problem has gotten worse but from what the Dr sees...it may be treated
My family keeps telling me to stop waiting and that I can get a job without using me ears, but I want to wait for my ears to get fixed b4 I look for ajob.
so my question is...what job should i be looking for? should i wait till my ears get fixed b4 finding a job? and because i'm 22 yrs old and have no job experience will it be really hard for me? I think a part of me is kind of scared because I feel like i missed out on alot and I'm scared that I mite fail and end up not being able to do ne thing with my life
I really don't know where to start, i don't drive or own a car so I dont know how I will travel to wrk and my ear problem is also a concern....I am very confuse please help |
